Installing CentOS 4 on a ThinkPad R30

Installing CentOS 4 on a ThinkPad R30 was absolutely painless.

The only thing I had to do was fill in the resolution for the LCD monitor.

Sorry I have no horror story and no complicated work arounds to report. But I wanted to let others know that CentOS 4 on this laptop is easy.
