Intel Core 2 DuoThe Intel 2 Core is the successor of the Intel Core Duo (Yonah) processor. Even the name seems like a second version, the Core 2 Duo is "only" a mobile version of the desktop processor with the same name, not a designed for mobile applications in the first place like its predecessor. The architecture is changed in many ways, which introduced EM64T and improved the performance by up to 25 percent.
